A training partner. Not a training provider.

Since 2009 we've built programmes with the people who hire, not academics. Every curriculum is co-designed with industry and led by tutors who are still working in their field.

01

Built with employers

Developed by industry, for industry. Curriculum shaped with Warner Bros, BT Sport, i2W and the wider Brighton digital sector. We teach what UK employers actually hire for.

02

Practitioner-led

Every tutor is still working in industry, agency creative directors, AI engineers, film producers. No academics reading last year's slides.

03

Funded in full

Employers of 50+ recover training cost through the apprenticeship levy. Under 50? Government covers 95%. Your apprentice pays nothing.

Six real programmes. All delivered since 2009.

Apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 4, plus short courses and bootcamps. In-person in Brighton or remote across the UK. Fully levy-funded for employers.
